MARITIME HERITAGE COMES ALIVE AT THE PORT OF MORGAN
Maritime heritage will come alive at the Port of Morgan’s Living River Festival on 18th and 19th November.
A celebration of putt putt and wooden boats with special guests the PS Marion celebrating 120 years, the PS Industry and Morgan’s PS Canally celebrating 110 years.
A maritime milestone celebration on the banks of the Murray River at the magnificent Morgan riverfront precinct with short one hour cruises and a paddle steamer birthday party like no other at the Morgan Institute on Saturday 18th November with live entertainment, cocktail twilight cruise and dinner.
Boat parades, wine tasting, bar facilities, food/craft, tug of war, river raft regatta and boat displays.
One (1) hour cruise bookings available on the day or contact the Morgan Visitor Information Office on 85402643 to book your place at the birthday dinner or for further event information.
Entry only $2.00 and proceeds towards the restoration of the PS Canally and Morgan Community Projects.
