Murraylands Gem & Mineral Club Inc

The Murraylands Gem & Mineral Club has its Clubrooms situated at Collier Park Palmer.

The Club meets on the second Wednesday of every month with its AGM held in October.

We have fieldtrips collecting specimens and social events at least once a month and we run our workshop on the third Saturday each month.

Our activities include fossicking, metal detecting, faceting, cabochon cutting, silverwork, gem tree making and much much more.

Each year we run the Palmer Crystal & Craft Fair on the first weekend in May. People from all over Australia take part in the weekend which is the largest event of its kind in South Australia.

New or prospective members are very welcome and we encourage children of all ages to take part in our activities.

If you have any interest all in the Earth Sciences, Crystals, Fossils or any of the Lapidary Arts we would welcome your involvement in out Club.
