Big Bend by Night
Visitors have the opportunity to view the Big Bend Cliffs from their base on a number of the tours that are offered at the Sunnydale property on the inside of this popular, isolated bend in the River Murray. Tours can include a 4 course riverbank dinner at sunset to see the changing colours of the sandstone cliffs and their reflection in the water.Spotlighting tours in comfortable padded seats on "gypsy" style carts are a great way to get up close to see kangaroos and wombats that abound in this area after dark. Bush tucker breakfast in a bush kitchen is a good way to hear the early morning symphonies that start the day. Traditional activities are recreated at the Sunnydale shearing shed show that do not always go to plan as the sheep dogs and the sheep compete for everyones attention<./p>
Mardi and David also offer Barossa Valley, Adelaide Hills & Langhorne Creek winery tours in a number of modern Chauffeured vehicles. You can also travel the dusty bush roads on the popular Outback pub tours to enjoy and meet the friendly locals that patronise these isolated hotels.
The Big Bend By Night crew of Mardi, David ,Janet, Kelly and Pat offer a typical style of Aussie humour and lots of local knowledge to all of the tours they operate to make sure you have an informative and enjoyable experience while in their company.
